CICATRIDINA is a vaginal suppository. The package contains 10 vaginal suppositories of 2 g each.

CICATRIDINA vaginal suppositories work due to the presence of hyaluronic acid, a mucopolysaccharide that is present in large quantities in many tissues of the body. Hyaluronic acid functions as a structural support and thus gives the tissue tone, nourishment and elasticity. Numerous clinical studies have proven the ability of hyaluronic acid to accelerate and improve the process of epithelialisation and tissue repair.

Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to one of the components of the product.

To enhance recovery processes in areas of atrophic and dystrophic changes in the vaginal mucosa. It promotes recovery after childbirth, in gynaecological surgery, in cases of dystrophy due to chemotherapy, ionising radiation, vaginal dryness, vaginal dryness due to estrogen deficiency.

Interaction with other medicines has not been studied, so consult your doctor before using CICATRIDINA Vaginal Suppositories with other medical products or medicines for vaginal use.

Open the suppository by pulling on the two pre-cut parts of the blister and insert the suppository deep into the vagina. Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.

Use one vaginal suppository per day, preferably in the evening at bedtime, or as directed by your doctor. The duration of use depends on the development of symptoms; CICATRIDINA vaginal suppositories may be used for a longer period if necessary.

Use of topical products, especially if prolonged, may cause sensitisation. If this occurs, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor for appropriate therapy. If you experience any other unwanted effects, inform your doctor or pharmacist.

Store the medical device in a place protected from light and heat, preferably at a temperature of 4-25°C. Do not dispose of the medical device in the sewerage system or household waste; ask your pharmacist for information on how to properly dispose of a medical device that is no longer in use. This will help protect the environment.

Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not swallow.

The expiry date only applies to the product in the undamaged packaging, which has been stored properly. Do not use after the expiry date or if the packaging has been opened or damaged.
