Bioactive bandage with heterologous horse collagen type I and hyaluronic acid in the form of a sterile lyophilized sponge, which is easily adapted to the areas of application; adjuvant for the physiological process of wound healing. Collagen and hyaluronic acid are two of the body’s most important structural and biological components that play a vital role in the restoration of tissue structure after injury.
Collagen is the supporting structure of the dermis and performs a mechanical action that helps anchor and orient fibroblasts and form new tissue. Thanks to its hygroscopic properties, hyaluronic acid controls tissue hydration and maintains a moist environment, helping to create ideal conditions for the orderly arrangement of collagen.

Use the product immediately after opening the original package.
If only part of the sponge has been used after opening the blister, do not reuse the remaining parts. Do not use on infected wounds. Such cases require systemic antibiotic treatment and/or wound treatment with a topical antimicrobial agent for several days. It is necessary to pre-treat the surface of the wound and clean the wound with a wet gauze napkin soaked in physiological solution, soaking it several times.
After cleaning the wound and removing purulent and/or necrotic tissue, apply a sponge to the wound. In the case of a small amount of exudate, it is necessary to moisten the sponge with physiological solution. The product has one, smoother, and a second, rougher surface: for better efficiency, you need to apply the sponge with the smooth surface to the wound. Apply one or, if necessary, several sponges, located next to each other or overlapping, to cover the entire surface of the wound, ensuring full contact of the sponge with the entire plane of the wound. Fix the sponge on the wound with a sterile gauze or non-adhesive bandage. Then you need to apply an elastic compression bandage. It is recommended to change the dressing every 3-4 days or at shorter intervals depending on the amount of exudate from the wound. The product, in contact with the exudate, turns into a gel that perfectly adapts to the wound; it dissolves and dissolves over time. The wound should be inspected every 2-3 days. To maintain a moist microclimate, ideally, a more or less absorbent secondary dressing should be applied, depending on the amount of exudate, and an external dressing should be applied. Remains of the product, which has not yet been absorbed when applying a new sponge, are left in place. When treating ulcers, when the product is still attached to the surface of the wound, do not remove or tear it off while examining the condition of the wound. If the product is used as a hemostatic agent and there is no confidence in compliance with aseptic conditions, after hemostasis the agent must be removed.
Do not use the product in patients with known cases of anaphylactic reactions in the family history or with individual hypersensitivity to the components. The product is non-toxic; it does not form lumps when absorbing moisture; does not cause swelling and risk of suffocation.
KEEP IN A PLACE OUT OF THE REACH AND SIGHT OF CHILDREN.
The product is intended for one-time use. Do not reuse sponge residue. The product is sterile. Do not use if packaging is damaged. Do not use after the expiration date. The expiration date applies
