Calendula officinalis (medicinal marigold) contains flavonoids, saponins, carotenoids, triterpene alcohols. Their pharmacological effect is mutually complementary and provides anti-inflammatory effect, accelerates the process of granulation and epithelialization, has fungistatic and cytotoxic effects, and has protective, antibiotic and immunostimulatory effects.

Inflammatory diseases of the vagina, accompanied by discharge, itching, burning, redness.

Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the medicine. Hypersensitivity to plants of the Asteraceae family, such as chamomile, echinacea, arnica (cross-reaction is possible).

There are insufficient data on the use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation.

Suppositories are used intravaginally 2-3 times a day. Before use, moisten the suppository with boiled cooled water.

The drug is generally well tolerated, but in case of individual hypersensitivity, allergic reactions may occur.
